The
challenges of chemotherapy can be overwhelming. Over the past two
years CREW Pittsburgh has distributed over 400 Satchels
of Caring to women during this very difficult time.
Each Satchel
of Caring is handcrafted and assembled by CREW volunteers and
includes a soft turban and pattern on how to sew a turban; a handmade
scarf and instructions on how to tie the scarf; support literature and
prescription assistance information; a journal and bookmark; harp
music compact disc; hand cream; and inspirational poems.
Now
Designtex
is taking the program a step further by introducing a binder of
upholstery fabrics and wallcoverings.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of these products will
be donated directly to the NEW YOU Program.

Binder.
