MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Any person who holds an executive, managerial or professional position on a substantially full-time basis in one of the qualified fields of or services related to commercial real estate may become a member of CREW Pittsburgh. Applicants shall submit a written application and two sponsorship signatures from active members. For purposes of the foregoing, the term "commercial real estate" shall mean income producing real property and real property held for investment.

QUALIFIED FIELDS OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

Accounting, Administration, Advertising, Appraisal, Architecture, Asset Management, Construction, Consulting, Corporate Real Estate, Development, Engineering, Environmental, Finance, Institutional Lending, Interior Design, Space Planning, Insurance, Investments, Journalism, Law, Leasing, Market Research, Marketing, Mortgage Banking, Brokerage, Personnel, Property Management, Public Relations, Public Service/Agency, Sales/Brokerage, Syndication, Title/Escrow Services, Others Approved by Board of Directors. Services rendered in connection with the sale or transfer of individual residential units shall not be considered to relate to commercial real estate.

MEMBERSHIP COST

Core Membership dues for 2005 will be $240.00. 

 The annual membership fee includes both local and national dues.
