Taking into account the results
of our 2009 Membership
Survey, CREW Pittsburgh's
Strategic
Long-Range Plan was developed in September 2009. Beginning
with the Core Ideology of our chapter, which is
to advance the success of women in commercial real estate, this document
highlights our chapter's goal for the next thirty years:
Goal 1 – Value of Membership
Members recognize and proudly articulate the value of their active
participation and return on investment in CREW Pittsburgh and CREW Network.
Goal 2 – Building Strength
of the Chapter/Infrastructure
CREW Pittsburgh has a sustainable infrastructure of human capital and
financial resources.
Goal 3 – CREW Brand and
Image
CREW Pittsburgh is the most recognized and in demand resource for the
commercial real estate industry.
Goal 4 – Members
CREW Pittsburgh has
a growing and diverse membership.

The CREW Network is dedicated to furthering the success of its members by
providing opportunities that foster productive and supportive relationships
and enhance personal and professional growth.

|
Structured as a
federation, the CREW Network comprises 66 independent local organizations
totaling more than 8,000 members.
While the overall purpose and goals of the chapters are similar to those of
the CREW Network, each chapter has its own unique structure and framework,
allowing it to meet the needs of its individual members and marketplace.
Each chapter has its own membership criteria, sets its own dues, and
schedules its own programs and member activities.
